This is a simple mod requirement for most of my upcoming TSW4 mods.
It will spawn itself down on routes required by any of my mods (as of now just AVL) and load the content desired.
This is to make it simplier for me in the future.
I would like to expand this to allow for other users content but for now it's hard coded to only allow for my plugins. This also includes logging back to Foobian's GodMode for feedback sake.
